Employee would need to interact with various prospects and would have generate leads from companies. She/ He would need to have meaningful discussions with decision-makers in different companies and try and fix appointments with them This would be target oriented and the employee would have targets for lead facilitations. Essential training on offerings/ solutions and the market will be provided to the employee prior to the start of each campaign. This is not a field job, however candidates having an inherit flair for sales and marketing are welcome. Good overall understanding and effective communication are the important qualities for candidates for this profile.
